Penetrating Sealer

We get it. You buy expensive concrete, not cheap asphalt. You buy the nice vehicle, not the beater. You’re proud of your investments.
The nicer vehicle doesn’t require fewer oil changes or tire rotations. It isn’t more scratch resilient or even more accident proof. But, with a little maintenance, it will last forever.
Give your investment instant protection for 5+ years. Concrete is porous. Melted salty ice water from our winter roads inevitably will absorb and tear it apart. A penetrating sealer fills these pores and extends it’s life by 3-5x.
If your contractor applied a “Cure and Seal” after they pour it. Expect this to protect your concrete as much as your car’s air freshener protects your paint job.
Surface Sealer
The upgrade to stamped and colored borders, walks, steps and patios is worth it. But if your surface looks cloudy, chipped or dull it’s ok…
These surfaces are sealed immediately after pouring with a topical sealer that gives it that nice glossy finish that makes the color pop. It also provides weather, surface and mildew protection.
This sealer will start wearing down after 3-5 years depending on traffic and sunlight, causing most homeowners to worry. It it most likely isn’t damaged concrete but just needs another coat of sealer. Phew…that’s a relief!
